VEC-wide VE manifest supertemplate
Each VEC can set a template for all sessions to default to certain people as co-owner. eg. GLAARG sessions would autoset Naomi as co-owner (on every session that she didn't create herself).

Cory NQ1ERather than potentially falsifying the VE roster by adding someone who may not actually be at the session, I believe there's a planned feature that may work better. I believe there's a plan to create a VEC-level permission that can be given to specific individuals at each organization. It should allow them to automatically have co-owner permissions on sessions associated with the VEC without having to add them to the VE roster at all.

N6ATFOk, great. Will their permissions be shown to the VEs under a separate category like "VEC staff", if not also have an online status indicator if they are actually logged in and viewing the session? Sort of like "here are the people you can ask for tech support".

Nick n1cckVEC staff shouldn’t be “tech support”; the session CVE should be handling almost everything. If the VEC is needing to alter sessions consistently, something different is wrong.

N6ATFEven if they say they want to do that, whether in advance or heat of the moment?

Cory NQ1EIn the case of my VEC, we plan to use a generic user with VEC-level permissions to automatically download the data and documentation for completed sessions when the CVE indicates it's ready. We would have no use for an online indicator and that really sounds like a completely separate feature request.
