Allow the session owner to view the audit log of the session

Allow the owner through the Manage interface to view all activity for the session, including reason for change or delete. Optionally, provide a way to re-instate a deleted Applicant.

I've updated this because we already store an audit log, you just can't see it yet. Having a reason for change or delete is probably not going to happen because it's such a pain to type things like that in that nobody would use it (in my experience). Convince me otherwise and I could add it.

Agreed - we can keep the reasons in our own records - we don't need it all in ET. The candidate can re-Register - we've dealt with those cases already.
