Editable text blocks for landing pages

Currently there are several "landing pages" for direct linking session signups, such as hamstudy.org/sessions/<vec> and hamstudy.org/sessions/<owner call>. I would like to be able to edit the landing page for my call to include a block of text at the top. For example, I don't have any sessions listed at the moment because of limited on-site testing, but I am available to schedule exams when possible. I also have links pointing to my registration page from several local clubs, so right now if people click on it they just get a page with no sessions available. It would be useful to put my contact information in there along with a paragraph with something along the lines of "our regularly scheduled exams are postponed due to pandemic restrictions, please contact me for inquiries about conducting a session, or go to hamstudy.org/sessions/ to find an online exam."
