Add session type (remote or in-person) to JSON output

Add sessionType: key to the JSON output. Possible values would be in-person or remote.

My in-person would be a mix of paper and devices. ET currently identifies online or in-person and not method graded as far as I can tell.

Most in person ExamTools sessions are mixed media.

I personally don’t have a reason to track at the exam level how it was given; I’m just interested at the VEC level of in-person vs remote.
