For Custom Keys, Print Key Name on Exam

Printed Exams have the exam #, but not the key name. It would be helpful for those using grading templates to include the Key Name they used to name their custom key. This is the Name that the author gives to the answer key. We've always had this in the past, but it seems to have disappeared. We write the key # on the answer sheet to make sure it goes with the exam booklet, so it's important to have it printed on the exam pages.
