Ability to Search ExamTools for a Registered Candidate

Despite the details I place in the session postings, I still receive emails like "I just registered. Now what do I do?" The answer depends on several things. So I find myself looking through each scheduled session (as of this morning, that would be 9 different sessions) looking for this person's registration. It would be handy to be able to search for a name or a PIN and maybe some other information.
I also ran into a situation yesterday where a candidate emailed me about a session they registered for. They even provided their PIN. But I could not find them anywhere. After several email exchanges, I discovered that they had registered with another team. It would have been handy to search the entire system for his name or PIN and instantly determine what session he had registered for.
