Ability to schedule unlimited recurring sessions
eg. Every Saturday, same time, same location or Every 1st Saturday, same time, same location. Calendar then displays the upcoming sessions as far forward as the admin/user wants to filter down.
Unless it was coded from scratch, I'm surprised it wasn't in calendar scheduling software's basic functionality - it's arguably in Minimum Usable Product territory (at least for SANDARC & other VECs with regular schedules like this), as IIRC I've seen it in every calendar program on every platform.

Richard Bateman AdminSo... funny story about this.
Theoretically the system already supports this... and has for six years... but I never made a front-end for it, and I'm not sure it still works :-P I may need to rethink how it works because it's been a pain the way I did it.
I would like to do this but on the other hand in the last 6 years I'm not sure how often it would have been used. I would welcome thoughts from others on this. -

Jeremy HallWe test the 3rd Saturday of every month. While this would be handy and I'm upvoting it, it isn't too bad since the "Duplicate Session" option was added. I just go in every couple of months and add another 3 or 4 to the end of my list. Nice to have, but low priority is my vote.

W4DTRI'm new to ExamTools, but this was the first thing I noticed when I scheduled my first exam session. My regular exam sessions are monthly, 2nd Sunday. It would save me a little time having this option, and save me from forgetting.

Richard Bateman AdminHonestly I don't think this is going to happen -- the more I work with this the more concerned with the idea I am. We already end up with sessions sometimes that are scheduled and then the team forgets about them and they don't happen when they were scheduled and this would make it worse.
I may change my mind on that, but it's a lot more complicated than it seems like it should be; it's probably more likely that I'd create a way to more easily create 'the next session in the series'. -

W4DTRAnd that's fine. As I said, it would only save me a little time, so I would consider this a lower priority. I up-voted it since I think it is a nice-to-have.
