automatic cancellation if registration not approved by deadline

An optional session setting that informs the candidate that their registration will be cancelled if they are not approved for a session by a deadline (e.g. a specific date/time or number of hours from the time of registration). If their deadline passes, the candidate is dropped from the session, freeing a slot for someone else to register -- hopefully with enough lead time prior to the session start. So lot's of corner cases:-(
