Now that we have a Privacy Policy, add an Accept button and keep track of the user, time and date of acceptance, or add something like, "By continuing to use this software, you agree to the Privacy Policy."

There is verbage indicating that using the software implies acceptance of the privacy policy when you register and also on the VE login; do you think that isn't enough?
