Allow a user to save "template" sessions, including VE assignments and permissions, to be selected from a user-level list.

This could be accomplished with just a "copy to new session" that wipes the candidate roster, lets you pick a new date, but keeps all the VEs, permissions, and other sessions the same.

The ability to duplicate a session exists but it just duplicates what you put on /sessions. Maybe expand on that ability to include the above features.

The ability to clone a session, including VEs, may not seem like a big deal for small sessions, but it is for those of us involved in big sessions. (Not just for the owners of big sessions - at present it is all too easy for some VEs to not be entered when there are 30-60 VEs involved.)

Maybe the intent was to copy a team between 2 different VECs (assuming the VEs are registered in both VECs.
